At Becsa, we are committed to delivering your pet essentials as quickly and reliably as possible. We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
Shipping Cost
We believe in transparent pricing. We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.
Order Processing & Handling
Order Cut-Off Time:
Our daily order cut-off time is 3:00 PM (MST)
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (MST) on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM (MST) or on a weekend (Saturday, Sunday) or public holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling Time:
Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment. Our handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday).
Shipping & Transit
Transit Time:
After your order has been dispatched, it will be in transit for 4-6 business days (Monday - Friday).
Total Delivery Time:
Your estimated total delivery time is the sum of our handling time and transit time.
Handling Time (1-3 days) + Transit Time (4-6 days) = Total Delivery Time (5-9 business days)
Shipping Carriers
To ensure your package arrives safely, we partner with major and reliable shipping carriers, including:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL
The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and the size of the package.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include:
- Your unique tracking number.
- A direct link to the carrier’s website to track your package's journey.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website after receiving your confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
- Destination: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address for delivery.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Becsa is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the item.
Multiple Items
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items in a single order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive a unique tracking number for each package.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@becsa.shop with your order number. We will investigate the status with the carrier and assist you.
