A: Shipping is completely FREE on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

A: Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Total delivery time is 5-9 business days.

  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Transit Time: 4-6 business days (Monday-Friday).

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Becsa covers the return shipping cost.
  • If you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
